Season 8 Episode 6: Quagmire’s Baby

Peter buys a ham radio at Quagmire’s garage sale and communicates with the ghost of Ronald Reagan. Peter becomes fond of his friendship with Reagan until it’s pointed out by the guys to be Rich Little doing impressions. He goes to return the radio to Quagmire, noticing a baby in a basket by his door. This baby turns out to be Quagmire’s illegitimate daughter rejected by her mother, so he takes her in and names her Anna Lee
